Hello all and welcome to the Public News Choice site!
I ask for your patience as I work on building out the site and getting things setup, currently I am a one man army on a journey to becoming the best journalist I can be so I am doing quite a bit on top of a regular job and 2 daughters and 4 dogs and a farm! (I like to stay busy!)
I’ve witness over the recent years a growing trend of misinformation and deception, and not just from one side or one company/organization, but from mostly all of them on all sides.
Growing up the news was just the news, the truth, it was about exposing actions and asking questions, showing the world what others didn’t want them to see and asking the questions the public would never have the chance to ask, it was about informing the public and serving the public while being their voice, it was about keeping the nation strong and together, not divided.
I’d like to bring back what the news used to be, and inspire more people to be more like journalists are supposed to be, myself included! I understand this will take quite a bit of trial and error and there will be mistakes made along the way, but that is a part of the journey to becoming one of the best, I expect to learn from all of my mistakes so I can bring the public the best!
I look forward to serving the public and bringing the ultimate truth to the world and peace of mind through reporting and data.
Please don’t mind the other test data posts on here at the moment as I get everything ready, I am also working on a tool which will be something some what similar to the VIS tool but for WordPress, allowing for a more detailed timeline view of events/actions by person/party/entity.
